Trogli Day 80,81,82 - Frar's Outpost

 

Trogli decided to stop trying to fight the Orcs and either block or avoid them. This plan didn't start well when he slipped to his death but ...

... after a bit of gardening and crafting another Shieldwall ...

... he was able to retrieve his gear and press on.

He witnessed the runination of Dwarrowdelf ...

... and got into a shooting match that he should have avoided!

Eventually he sneaked his way into Frar's Outpost ...

... and was able to repair the Mapstone with his last remaining Black Diamond.

Another chest to open ...

... and another Muznakan, this time legendary forger of Narsil, Telchar.

Trogli found his first Emerald ...

... forged Frar's Key ...

... and opened his Chest.

Trogli Day 77,78,79,80 - Salty Mountaineers Pack and Orcs give Trogli a headache

 

Trogli fancied the larger pack so crafted a Spinning Wheel to make Fine Leather but boy does it need a lot of Salt.

Back to the Lower Deeps he mined ...

... over 250, should keep him going.

He got the Fine Leather made ...

... crafted the Mountaineers Pack and ...

... enjoyed the space.

Remembering to craft Balin's Key ...

... he fast travelled back to the Dwarrowdelf and opened the chest.

A quick gardening interlude ...

... then back to Dwarrowdelf to the Stronghold of the Red Eye Orcs, best avoided for now.

Trogli managed to find a few random chests with Diamonds.

He was unable to fight past the Orcs (see first screenshot) so he had to RUN AWAY!

Trogli Day 75,76 - Going forth to find the Third Axe Fragment

 

Trogli did a bit of gardening before taking on the Troll with his Crossbow ...

... and building platforms over the Shadow Curse to get to the Troll Hoard and the Third Fragment of Durin's Axe.

Trogli upgraded his treasure pile before heading out again.

He found some Adamant but ...

... needed to do a lot of RUNNING AWAY from the armoured Orcs.

Trogli Day 74 - Fourth Axe Fragment is the Third?

 

Trogli opened Ori's Chest and got back more Khazad Steel than it cost and a note to go back to the Lower Deeps to get a piece of Durin's Axe. Onward to Balin's Camp he finds records about the Khazadstone.

Trogli collected loads of Granite and has found all the recipes repairing numerous statues.

In Dwarrowdelf he chuckles as the Orcs try to fight a Troll, he leaves them to it.

Trogli systematically smashes barrels and finds new recipes for Ironwood and ...

... Rolled Oats, what no porridge!

Exploring the buildings he stumbles across the Fourth fragment of Durin's Axe before he found the Third. Better plan a trip back to the Lower Deeps.

While he was exploring there was a raid on Durin's Outpost, Trogli had crafted some defences after the Warg incident.

Trogli found Fundin's Muznakan, better start looking for the statues.

Trogli Day 72,73 - The Bridge of Khazad-dûm and Chamber of Mazarbul

 

With his new armour Trogli sets off to explore further. He climbs up to the Bridge of Khazad-dûm where he saw the dragon earlier and discovers another sign of the Fellowship.

He explores the ornately decorated passages ...

... and takes on another Drake.

Next day he completes the Ranger Journal to discover Ironheart Stout.

He finds Balin's Tomb ..

... and more signs of the Fellowship.

He presses on to the Chamber of Mazarbul (Records) in ...

... the City of the Dwarrowdelf ...

... where is is instructed to search for the Records.

He finds Balin's Outpost and this time he did bring a Black Diamond to repair the Mapstone.

As soon as he find Balin's Chest ... 

... two Wargs turn up. Fortunately there is a ledge in the corner where Trogli can finish them off with his Crossbow.

Back in the Elven Quarter Trogli crafts Ori's Key to open his Chest.
