Trogli Day 46,47 - Pale Hope Death

 

Trogli was in High Spirits from his evening ale and he wakes with Pale Hope which slows darkness effects which means its time to go down the Dark Depths to mine some Precious Gems.

Trogli harvested some Deep Mushrooms ...

... and continues mining.

Trogli sees a fiery beast ...

... and it 2 shot him!

Trogli gets his backup gear ...

... gets jumped by spiders, poisoned and dies again, oh dear. He needs a better plan.

He forged a shield ...

... and a Brewskin for poison resistance ale.

After a stupid encounter with target lock on a bear that nearly killed him, it was swapped to a key they won't be accidentally pressed.

Trogli upgraded his Hearth ...

... wove some cloth ...

... and crafted a bed, no more sleeping on the floor.

He also crafted a Firepit ...

... and got into High Spirits again planning to return to retrieve his gear.
